Statement

私にとって絵を描くことは、いまこの世界の片隅に生きている感覚そのもの。
今を生きる感覚を、五感で感じたこの世界を抽出して、日本の俳句のようにギリギリのエッセンスで表現したい。
今の時代表現を目指しつつ、自身の日本人のＤＮＡに向き合って制作しています。

For me, painting is the very sensation of living in this corner of the world right now.

I extract this world that I feel with my senses and living in the moment, and like HAIKU (the shortest Japanese poem), I concentrate it. I want to express it in its essence.

I create my works while confronting the Japanese DNA within me in the expression of contemporary art.
